No-shows and cancellations made
within 24 hours
will require full payment.

If you think you might need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please get
in touch straight away.

I try to be as flexible as possible and I know you will appreciate that late cancellations and no shows really do affect my income. 

If I need to reschedule your appointment, I will give you as much notice as I possibly can.
