No-shows and cancellations made within 24 hours will require full payment.
If you think you might need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please get in touch straight away. If your cancellation is COVID related, your appointment will be rescheduled.
I try to be as flexible as possible and I know you will appreciate that late cancellations and no shows really do affect my income.
If I need to reschedule your appointment, I will give you as much notice as I possibly can.

I ask all clients to contact me as soon as possible on 0771 342 1251 to reschedule appointments if they have any symptoms of Covid, or may have been exposed to Covid in any way. The wearing of masks is no longer mandatory but you are welcome to if you prefer. Hand-sanitiser is available on entry to The Wellbeing Shed. The Wellbeing Shed will be ventilated during and in between each client session. Surfaces will be cleaned between client treatments. 15 minutes will be allocated between each appointment to enable me to ventilate and sanitise The Wellbeing Shed.
